Board of Directors

GDSO is managed by a Board of Directors, composed of a maximum of nine (9) Executive and Full Members.

The Board of Directors is vested with the broadest powers for the realization of GDSO's purpose, including the management and governance of the Association.
It shall be competent for all matters not expressly reserved to the General Assembly or any other body by law or by the Articles of Association.
